The medicine ball swing is a highly efficient and progressive exercise to start off with. It will work your abs, shoulders, buttocks and legs. Here is a quick idea on how you should go about it!

Stand with your feet slightly apart.
Now get hold of a medicine ball.
You should be holding the ball using both your hands.
Now gently lock your elbows and squat down.
Allow your body weight to hang between your legs.
Bring the medicine ball upwards explosively and straighten your legs too.
